Colorado Plastics' team includes:
Drew Schwartz
President
Drew, and his wife Anita, bought Colorado Plastic Products in September 2005. Drew brings over 20 years of senior operating experience to the company, particularly in custom fabrication. Drew has previously held positions at the University of Pennsylvania, Wall Technology, and Owens-Corning.
Drew holds an MBA from Georgetown University and has been a Colorado resident since 1994.
Anita Schwartz directs marketing and outreach for the company, in addition to her full-time work at Western Resource Advocates, a Boulder-based nonprofit conservation organization.
John Butler
Master Fabricator

High quality fabrication is one of our specialties at Colorado Plastic Products, and there is no better man for the job than John Butler. John is known throughout the region for his outstanding precision, craftsmanship, design ideas, and creativity in plastic. He is especially respected for his hot-air plastic welding expertise which he uses to make polypropylene tanks for plating and to make corrosion-resistant lab furniture and fixtures.
Zach Hardin
Project Manager
Zach runs our insides sales and customer service area. If you have a machinable or see-through plastic sheet rod or tube requirement, Zach's your man.
Eric Boyd
Sales
Eric is the newest member of our team and is responsible for following up on your quote requests and coordinating fulfillment of orders.
Josh Cottam
Wharehouse Manager
Josh has been our saw man and warehouse guy for a couple of years now. He is responsible for cutting your blanks to a typical precision of +/- .020" in length and width.
Hunter
Security and Hospitality and Mouse Detection
Hunter is a 10 year-old Poodle-plus who came to us from the Poodle Preserve in Cotopaxi, CO about five years ago. He spends his days alternating between his blue bed and his faux-zebra bed in Drew's office. Hunter recommends a recent article in The Economist magazine entitled Manager's Best Friend. It explains one researcher's experiments to test his theory; that having dogs in offices might make people collaborate more effectively.
We are a 50% woman and minority-owned business and have been locally owned and operated since 1969.
